Jay-Ton Concrete Construction Company was founded in 1989 in Burlison, TN.

Over the years Jay-Ton has endeavored to become one of the nation’s largest turn-key commercial / industrial concrete construction company’s. Our experience in foundations, flat work, tilt-up, deep pit and trench work is well known within the industry as over 80% of our work is with repeat clients. We serve some of the nation’s largest contractors and developers in the manufacturing, industrial, distribution, and automotive industries. We are licensed in 38 states and have worked in nearly every state across the U.S. Our annual revenue has averaged around 250 million dollars over each of the last 5 years.

Jay-Ton proudly employs over 700 employees; of this we employ around 100 superintendents, project managers, estimators, and administrative staff who provide daily support to over 600 field craft workers many of whom have been employed by Jay-Ton for over 25 years. Jay-Ton is well known for high quality concrete flatwork as we consistently employ over 100 industry leading finishers on 8 different finishing crews. Our safety department consists of 15 full time safety professionals that is second to none with and A+ XV rating from A.M. Bests and an EMR rating of .64.

Jay-Ton self-performs all aspects of our projects and owns a vast fleet of finishing equipment including over a dozen laser screeds and 100+ ride-on finishing machines along with a semi-truck fleet that actively delivers what we need to our projects.

Nashville Office

After continuously working in the Middle TN market for over 25 years JayTon established a permanent office location in 2022. Our Nashville office serves as both a regional hub for turnkey concrete projects and also as a recruiting center for local talent. Nashville and the surrounding region with it’s continued economic growth has become a center for industrial and distribution work.
